Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FuelX Peptides ("FuelX Peptides," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you visit our website, submit a researcher application, create an account, place an order, or contact us. It applies to our website and related order-fulfillment and customer-support activities.
1. Categories of Information We Process
- Identifiers and contact information. Name, email address, telephone number, organization or institution, billing and shipping addresses.
- Account information. Account email, hashed authentication credentials, session tokens, account status, approval status, and role.
- Application information. Information submitted in a researcher application, including research context, anticipated order volume, acknowledgments, electronic signature, and the date of signature.
- Order and transaction information. Products ordered, quantities, order totals, discounts, sales tax, shipping service selected, order status, order history, and invoices.
- Payment-related information. Because payment is completed manually via Zelle, we do not collect or store card numbers or bank account credentials. We receive the payment confirmation you upload (for example a screenshot or receipt), the payment reference or memo, and the fact and date of payment. Any payment credentials remain with your own bank or payment app.
- Shipping and logistics information. Delivery address, package weight and dimensions, service level, rate quotes, and tracking numbers.
- Communications. Contact-form messages, email correspondence, support requests, and, where you have provided a number and opted in, SMS messages regarding your order.
- Device, browser, and technical information. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, and error and diagnostic logs generated by our hosting and application platform.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies and local storage used for authentication, session management, cart contents, and the age-verification acknowledgment. See Section 4.
- Fraud-prevention and compliance information. Information used to verify that an applicant or order is legitimate, to detect duplicate or fraudulent accounts, to enforce our Research Use Only Policy and Terms, and to respond to lawful requests.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, biometric data, precise geolocation, health records, or information from anyone under twenty-one (21) years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
2. How and Why We Use Information
- To review, approve, or deny researcher applications and to verify eligibility and representations.
- To create and administer accounts, authenticate users, and control access to pricing and ordering.
- To process, quote shipping for, invoice, fulfill, and ship orders, and to confirm receipt of payment.
- To provide customer and technical support and respond to inquiries.
- To send transactional communications such as application decisions, invoices, order confirmations, shipping notices, and account emails.
- To secure our website and systems, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our policies and Terms.
- To maintain business records and comply with legal, tax, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, and to respond to legal process.
- To analyze and improve website performance, reliability, and usability in aggregate.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes. We do not use personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects beyond reviewing researcher applications, which is reviewed by a person.
3. Service Providers and Categories of Third Parties
We disclose information only as needed for the purposes above, to the following categories of recipients, each of which is authorized to use the information only to provide services to us:
- Hosting, database, authentication, and file-storage providers that operate the website, store account, application, and order records, and store uploaded payment confirmations.
- Email delivery providers that send transactional and account email on our behalf.
- Shipping and logistics carriers that receive the recipient name, address, and package details required to rate and deliver a shipment, and that return tracking information.
- Professional advisors such as accountants, auditors, and legal counsel, as necessary.
- Government authorities, regulators, and law enforcement where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or other lawful process, or where necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, maintain your cart, remember your age-verification acknowledgment, and protect against abuse. Our hosting platform also generates standard server and error logs that include IP addresses and request metadata for security and reliability purposes.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not participate in advertising networks. If we later add analytics or measurement tooling, this Policy will be updated to identify it and its purpose. Because we do not engage in targeted advertising, we do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals in a manner that would change our practices; disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in and ordering from functioning.
5. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal obligations:
- Account and application records — for the life of the account and thereafter as needed to document eligibility determinations and to defend legal claims.
- Order, invoice, and tax records — for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and commercial recordkeeping law.
- Payment confirmations — for the period needed to reconcile payment and resolve disputes or chargebacks.
- Support and contact correspondence — for as long as needed to resolve the matter and maintain a service record.
- Security, server, and diagnostic logs — for a limited period consistent with security monitoring and platform defaults.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
6. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), encryption of stored data by our managed platform, hashed authentication credentials, row-level access controls that restrict records to the account that owns them, private storage for uploaded payment confirmations accessible only through time-limited authorized links, and restriction of administrative access to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and access it.
- Obtain a copy of the personal information you provided to us in a portable format.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal, tax, safety, and recordkeeping exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling — activities we do not engage in.
- Not be discriminated against or retaliated against for exercising these rights.
- Appeal a denial of a request, where applicable law provides an appeal process. We will respond to an appeal in writing and explain the basis of our decision.
To make a request, email info@fuelxpeptides.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your request against the information associated with your account before responding, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.
8. Florida Residents — Florida Digital Bill of Rights Notice
This section applies to residents of the State of Florida and is provided as our notice under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. § 501.701 et seq.), to the extent that law applies to our activities. Nothing in this section limits rights available to you under other applicable law.
Categories of personal information processed. Identifiers and contact information; account and authentication information; researcher application information, including acknowledgments and electronic signature; order, invoice, and transaction information; payment-related information limited to the confirmation you upload and the fact, date, and reference of payment; shipping and delivery information; communications with us; and device, browser, and technical information including IP address and log data. We do not process sensitive personal information, biometric data, precise geolocation, or personal information of a known minor. We do not process personal information for the purpose of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, other than human-reviewed researcher application decisions.
Purposes of processing. Reviewing researcher applications; creating and securing accounts; processing, rating shipping for, invoicing, fulfilling, and shipping orders; confirming payment; providing support; sending transactional and account communications; preventing fraud and abuse; complying with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations; and maintaining and improving website reliability and security.
Categories of third parties that receive personal information. Hosting, database, authentication, and file-storage providers; email delivery providers; shipping and logistics carriers; professional advisors such as accountants and legal counsel; government authorities, regulators, and law enforcement where required by law or lawful process; and a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Sale of data, targeted advertising, and voice or video recordings. We do not sell personal information, we do not process personal information for targeted advertising, we do not collect or process personal data through a voice-recognition or facial-recognition feature, and we do not collect or retain voice or video recordings. Because we do not engage in these activities, no opt-out is required; you may nonetheless submit an opt-out request and we will confirm our practices in writing.
Your Florida consumer rights. Subject to verification and statutory exceptions, you may:
- Confirm whether we are processing your personal information and access that information.
- Obtain a portable copy of the personal information you provided to us.
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal information, taking into account its nature and our purposes for processing.
- Delete personal information provided by or obtained about you, subject to legal, tax, security, and recordkeeping exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects — activities we do not conduct.
- Not receive discriminatory or retaliatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
How to submit a request. Email info@fuelxpeptides.com with the subject line "Florida Privacy Request" and state which right you are exercising. Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify you; we may ask for additional information solely for verification. We respond without undue delay and within forty-five (45) days of receipt, and may extend that period once by an additional fifteen (15) days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason. Requests are free of charge up to twice per twelve-month period. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written, signed authorization, which we may verify directly with you.
How to appeal a denial. If we decline to act on your request, we will tell you why and provide instructions for appeal. To appeal, reply to our decision or email info@fuelxpeptides.com with the subject line "Florida Privacy Appeal" within a reasonable time of receiving the denial, and describe why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will review the appeal and inform you in writing of our decision, including a written explanation of the reasons, within sixty (60) days of receipt. If the appeal is denied, we will provide you with a method to contact the Florida Department of Legal Affairs to submit a complaint.
9. Communications Preferences
Transactional messages — application decisions, invoices, order confirmations, shipping notices, and account or security emails — are part of the service and are sent to the address associated with your account. If we ever send non-transactional email or SMS, it will be sent only with your consent and each message will include an unsubscribe or opt-out method. Message and data rates may apply to SMS.
10. Location of Processing
We operate in the United States and our service providers process information in the United States. If you access the website from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the current version took effect. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
