Shipping Policy

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law once the carrier accepts the shipment.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• FuelX is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are generally final. Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

• The incorrect product was shipped;
• The product arrived damaged during transit;
• The shipment is lost in transit (subject to carrier verification); or
• Required by applicable law.

Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery and include photographs or other supporting documentation when requested.
