Research Overview
This blend combines Tesamorelin and CJC-1295, both stabilized analogs of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH), with Ipamorelin, a selective pentapeptide ghrelin-receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist. In experimental models, GHRH analogs are studied for receptor-mediated stimulation of somatotroph signaling, while Ipamorelin is examined for its selective secretagogue activity with minimal effect on cortisol or prolactin pathways. The combination is used as a research model for investigating complementary GH-axis signaling mechanisms.
Evidence classification: This is a multi-component research blend. Published literature describes the individual components, not this combination; no research establishes combined effects.
